caterina2Caterina is highly regarded as a complementary medicine specialist (Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Kinesiologist) having graduated from one of Australia’s leading Natural Therapies Colleges with her Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and in clinical practice 20+ years in her Multi Modality Melbourne based clinic.

Caterina specialises in Women’s Hormonal Health, Gut health, Mind Body Medicine, Emotional Wellbeing, Paediatric care, Functional Medicine and Nature based therapies. Caterina also writes many articles that can be found in published magazines. She is also a Radio Host and Presenter for The Wellness Couch on 3ABR.org/87.6FM, weekly , Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm.

Originally from Melbourne, after holidaying in Apollo Bay for 30 Years, and marrying at Mariner’s Fall’s in 2004, we decided to stay in 2017  and be part of this great community which we love so much. I now also practice from Marengo, and together with Brett, host Wellbeing Retreats with a focus on empowering women.  We feel honoured to deliver our Health and Wellbeing talk show, The Wellness Couch, in the hope that we can improve the health of individual’s and add value to communities alike.
